Its that time of the year again..a year just flashed by before my very eyes..and yes..*cringe* I'm another year older :(

Just yesterday I had an unofficial reunion with some high school mates. Everyone is back for CNY and we were reminiscing about times we had back in school. We had a great time laughing about how silly we were in our teenage years, with regards to matters of the heart.

While on the topic of relationships, S started going on about how he is trying to hook me up with a rich friend of his and the fact that I kept refusing his proposal. How can I not? Apparently, this friend of his is annoying, unadventurous and downright boring! *yawn* Who cares if he's rich? get me? Having survived a recent break-up, I'm not looking to jump right into another relationship. I then suggested that he hook up another friend of ours who has been single for a while now. Wrong move! He retaliated by saying this and I quote "I'm not worried about her..I'm more worried about you..I trust she will choose the right man..as for you, I'm not sure thats the case..look at all the men you've been with".

I was in total shock..I wasnt quite sure how to react so I just kept quiet. And I started thinking to myself..and all these questions popped to my head..Is he right? Have I been choosing all the wrong men? Is that what's wrong with me? Is that why I'm still single?

Maybe thats the reason why all my relationships have been short lived..I mean, how do you even know if a man is the WRONG man?? Are there any telltale signs? Anyone care to enlighten me?
